yeah, it would stink for the lawyers etc, but keep the US safe from terrorists and pretend-citizens.
Make it a military tribunal. These losers are not citizens, nor are they prisoners of war. They are enemy combatants and do not deserve Geneva Convention Rights.
Oh, and while I'm here, if you aren't an American citizen, I really don't care about your opinions on American politics. Not paying any taxes? Also don't care about your opinions regarding health care.
I am not so radical, but I almost think Robert Heinlein had it right-you must be retired military before you can have the rights of a citizen. Yes, that means I wouldn't have citizen's rights. But I probably would have served in the military to get them.
