I have been tempted to swap out my winter clothes for my prefered wardrobe of shorts and capri pants a few times this spring, only to have 30 and 40 degree weather blow the wind out of my sails.
Now, May 21st, I am thinking that it might be starting to get warm enough. I am trying to embrace Virginia as my home, but it is hard when it is so dang cold!
