Kismet Fort Worth is held at the Rose Marine Theater and is an open stage for dancers. The last time I danced for Kismet was in Dallas in March 2003. I wore my purple Pharaonics that I sold to a student, but I took another opportunity to wear my newest Bella this time. It wasn't the easiest costume to pack, mostly because it has SO much beading, but it was worth it. I was worried about the gold wings, too, but they ended up fitting in my suitcase perfectly.
I really enjoyed seeing my friend Cinnamon at this show. She hasn't danced much lately, but still made me almost cry with her beautiful interpretation of Ente Omri ("You Are My Life"). I also especially enjoyed Nadirah Joharah and Yeli.
